The Optimall – SFA application – for the automation of the sales force uses mobile terminals of PALM type, with or without data communication via "Global System for Mobile communication" - "General Packet Radio Services" (GSM - GPRS) and is designed for the distributors having local or national coverage, whose sales or merchandising agents are carrying-on their activities travelling their territory.
Optimall allows the permanent connection, in real-time, of mobile terminals to the central computational system of the beneficiary organization as well as the bidirectional transfer of information between the central headquarters and the sales agents.
