The General Manager of the organization and all those having a leading role within the organization are liable to ensure the conformity with the set requirements and rules. The General Manager is liable for the implementation and maintenance of this policy, completely ensuring at the same time the material and financial means, as well as the human resources required for this purpose.
The management representative is invested with the authority necessary for the supervision, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System within the organization.
The responsibility to provide the conformity of the product with the quality requirements is incumbent on the entire staff of the company. Each member of the organization is trained, as of the beginning of its employment, to know, understand and meet the stipulations of the quality management system. We are thus ensuring the complete understanding, control and documentation of all the activities and we assure that each person knows exactly which are the actions to be done and the outcomes to be obtained.
Quality is provided and included in the products offered and is inherent to the organizational culture.
