• Experienced in using an accounting information computing application;
• Skills for communication, preparation of written materials and featuring presentations;

Remoon - HRM

The application is designed for human resources management.

    FACILITIES OFFERED BY REMOON
  • The interface is unitary and friendly thus facilitating the process of familiarization with the application.
  • Covers the two essential aspects of personnel management: the part of employees management and the pursuit of the rights and obligations arising from the relationships that employees have with the company and the state.
  • Manages information relating to employees on their identification, studies, goods given in stewardship, flow chart.
  • Wages related information are managed through the rights and obligations in full compliance with the law through specific reports.
  • Entities that interact with the employee are configurable. These entities are: accretion, retention, recreation leave, sick leave, advances, liquidation, raising money for the rights of bank cards, vouchers for lunch.
  • Highlights employee obligations towards the state (CAS, unemployment, taxes).
  • Specific lists such as timekeeping, payroll, flyers, other situations management level human resources.

The application has been designed so that it can be used for interaction with the ERP Synchron, as well as independently as a separate application.

Login

   The functionalities of the application can be accessed only after an authentication. The application will display the users brought from the server through synchronization.

   SmartClient

   Using the mouse, users can be selected from a list. At this point you have to position the cursor on the textbox below and enter your password. Then, to access the application, click "Login" or use the "Return" key on your mobile device.

Launching the application

   The Synchron.SmartClient application can be launched using the shortcut on the desktop of the device, if it was created, or by entering the Programs menu (Start -> Programs -> Synchron.SmartClient).

   Once the application is started, the main window will open:
